    A delegates meeting has been called for Wednesday, 17th October at Parkfield Labour Club, Fulshaw Road, Ashton, Preston PR2 2LH at 7:30pm.

    Both finals were held at EMPIRE SERVICES on TUESDAY, 18TH SEPTEMBER at 7:00pm.

    Freckleton (Scr) 193 bt. Higher Walton (3.5) 168.5 on Empire No.2

    Eagle & Child (Scr) 200 bt. Middleforth R.B.L (44.5) 194.5 on Empire No.1

  • September 08, 2018*** LEAGUE TROPHIES ***.

    Teams/individuals that won league trophies in 2017 are reminded to return them asap IN A CLEAN AND PRESENTABLE ORDER.
    They can be returned on MERIT DAY or CUP FINALS NIGHT.
    Alternatively, contact a member of the committee to arrange delivery.

    Finals Day (L16) was held at LONSDALE CLUB, Fulwood Hall Lane, Preston PR2 8BY on Saturday, 15th September at 12 noon.

  • July 26, 2018*** MERIT COMPETITION ***.

    Qualifying rounds for the 'Merit' competition will be held on the evening of FRIDAY, 24TH AUGUST ..... Update: see your venue.

    Teams are reminded that the representative you send, if successful in qualifying to Final's Day, must be available on SATURDAY, 15TH SEPTEMBER.

    Teams in the KO Cup quarter finals, please note when arranging your tie, the date for the 'Merit' competition is FRIDAY, 24TH AUGUST as shown on page 15 of the hand book.

  • June 28, 2018*** KNOCKOUT CUP ***.

    It is disappointing to see the number of ties given in round 2.

    It would help matters if home team captains would contact the opposition with 3 dates, earlier rather than later, as problems can arise.

  • May 15, 2018*** NOTICE ***.

    Longridge Sports & Social Club ceased trading on Saturday, 12th May.

    League fixtures will continue as normal at Towneley Gardens.

    The bowling section continues to function and the green/club facilities (apart from the bar) are still available.

  • March 31, 2018*** ATTENTION ALL TEAMS ***.

    The lists of registered players for all teams have been updated.

    In order to avoid any misunderstanding, please check your individual list and let Mick Whalley (Results Secretary) know of any omissions, deletions, etc.

    It is the responsibility of team captains/representatives to ensure when selecting players for their team, all players selected are registered with the league BEFORE they play.

    Also, please check the contact details of your team captain.
